What are per-account plans?
In per-account plans you will pay a monthly fee (or annual, depending on your choice) and all apps will have the activation of a plan. That is, the apps that you create within the account to which the per-account plan was subscribed will have plans automatically, no matter how many apps you create.
What is the benefit of subscribing to a plan for my app?
Because with this it is possible to publish the app in stores, and if you have the Pro and Delivery plan you will have support with our service team. For Fabapp users, functions such as push notifications, app data management, user login and registration, loyalty system and form are only available for apps with subscribed plans. In addition, the app has more data transfer and storage limits. For Fabi Delivery users, the plan is vital to be able to access the order receiving and management panel.
What is the difference between the plans?
Basically, the Basic Plan is free and is the simplest plan which will entitle you to use the web app (version of the app not published in stores), will have limitations on the tools available on the platform and will show advertisements in the app. The Essential Plan is the intermediate plan whose main feature is being able to publish the app on Google Play. In the Pro Plan, in addition to being more robust, it allows the publication of the app in the App store and Google Play. The Pro plan also gives you access to chat with our team of experts to help you with your app. The Delivery Plan is what you must subscribe to to create delivery apps using Fabi Delivery and the Enterprise Plan is a more robust plan, perfect for apps with many users.
Is the subscription recurring, that is, does it automatically renew?
Recurring subscriptions are all those paid via credit card. Subscriptions paid via boleto or pix need to be renewed manually as they are not renewed automatically.
What are the payment methods for the plans?
Credit card, bank slip and pix. For monthly plans, there is no possibility of payment via boleto, credit card or pix only. To subscribe to the Delivery Plan, it is necessary to subscribe only via credit card. For other payment methods, send an email to financeiro@fabapp.com and request an exception review
Is there a way to test it for free?

How does the service for my plan work?
If you are a subscriber to the Pro, Enterpise, Agencies or Delivery Plan, you will have dedicated service through our support via calls through the platform. If you have a Basic, Reseller or Essential plan, you will have our Community, Help Center, Fabapp University and Youtube channel.
Can I create multiple apps on the same plane?
Yes. In this case, it is necessary to subscribe to the Agencies or Resellers plan. Thus, all created applications will have automatically activated plans.
I want to make several apps to resell. Is there a discount?
Yes. In this case, you must use the Partner program. Click on the “Partners” button on the website header and see all the benefits.
I paid for a plan and it has not yet been activated. What to do?
If you paid via bank slip, wait up to 2 business days for it to be activated. Via credit card the subscription must be activated on the same day. If not, check if the card is fit for use, regularizing it if necessary. If the error persists, use the service chatbot available on the platform in the “Financial issues” option and we will help.
How do I cancel?
In the "My applications" panel, click next to your user, in the header and then in "Financial". Check the plan you want to cancel in “Contracted Plans” and then click "Cancel Subscription" and send us a message. It is important that our team returns for the complete cancellation. Attention: Uninstalling the mobile app or moving it to the trash does not cancel the app subscription.
What happens to my app if my subscription has been canceled?
For users of the Fabapp platform, the app will again display advertisements and the benefits of the contracted plan will be interrupted after the end of the current cycle. The web app will now behave like a Basic plan app and the app published in the stores will no longer open, displaying a white screen. If you use Fabi Delivery, the management and receipt panel will also be unavailable until the plan is reactivated.
Is there any additional cost?
Yes. These are the costs related to the creation of developer accounts necessary for publishing the app and the cost of exceeding the monthly transfer limit for the Pro and Essential Plan. In the Pro Plan, the value of R$1.50 per GB is exceeded. In the Essential Plan, the value is R$2.00 for each GB exceeded in the month. For the creation of developer accounts consider 25 dollars (one-time fee) paid to Google Play and 99 dollars (annual) paid to the App Store. Developer accounts must be paid with an international credit card only. If you have the Pro Plan activated, you get an iOS update every 6 months. If you need more updates within that period you will have to pay a fee of BRL 149 per update to Fabapp upload the app to your developer account.
Is it possible to upgrade and / or downgrade the plan?
Yes. It is possible to subscribe to an Essential plan and switch to Pro and vice versa. It is also possible to change the frequency, for example, from monthly to annual. For the Delivery Plan, the only frequency available is monthly, to check new periodicities, contact us for an exception to be evaluated.
If I am not satisfied with the platform, can I request a chargeback?
Yes. If requested within 07 calendar days after signing, we will refund the total amount paid on it. Request a refund through the service channel, located in the lower right corner of the platform.
How does the Delivery plan work?
Fabi Delivery is the plan for accessing the delivery app building panel. It also gives you 7 days free trial. The plan provides access to all features with no monthly transfer limit, with the exception of bundled features such as SMS and publishing services. At the end of the trial period, it will be necessary to insert the credit card and contract the plan for a fixed amount of R$79 per month, with no biannual or annual contracting.
